Signal Lost: Daily is designed to be played without giving us anything. No account. No email. No name. This policy explains what we do and don’t collect, and why.

  • > No personal data is required to play.
  • > No account or sign-up is required.
  • > No email address is requested or stored.
  • > Game progress (streak, daily result) is stored locally on your device only.

If you choose to submit a score to the global Signal Board, you provide a callsign (a pseudonymous handle you choose). This callsign and your score are stored on our servers and displayed publicly on the leaderboard. You are not required to submit to the leaderboard to play.

  • > Callsigns are not linked to any personal identifier.
  • > Do not use your real name as a callsign.
  • > Callsigns can be deleted by contacting us at the address below.

The free version of Signal Lost: Daily displays advertisements. These may be served by third-party advertising networks which may use cookies or device identifiers to serve relevant ads. This is standard advertising infrastructure. Pro Operators have ads removed entirely.

  • > Ad networks may collect anonymised device and usage data.
  • > We do not share any additional data with advertisers beyond what ad SDKs collect.
  • > Pro Operator upgrade removes all advertising.

We may use anonymised, aggregate analytics to understand how the app is used — for example, how many puzzles are completed each day and average attempt counts. This data is not tied to individuals. No behavioural profiles are created.

The Pro Operator upgrade is processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not see or store your payment information. Purchase records are managed by Apple and Google under their respective privacy policies.

You have the right to request deletion of any data associated with your callsign. Since we don’t collect personal data, there is very little to delete — but we will remove your callsign and associated scores from the Signal Board upon request.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify users through the app. Continued use of Signal Lost: Daily after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
